Ensure the panel sits flat with no bending
Confirm correct alignment before final fixation
Excessive force or misalignment can cause glass cracks or internal pixel damage.
After mechanical assembly:
Connect T-CON board, LED driver board, and signal cables
Verify correct polarity and secure connections
Avoid bending FPC cables sharply
Before final sealing, perform a temporary power-on test to ensure:
Backlight turns on normally
No flickering or abnormal brightness
Image displays correctly without lines or dark areas
After integration, testing is critical to ensure long-term stability.

2–8 hours aging test under continuous operation

Secure the panel with metal frames or brackets
