Optical testing

2025-06-16

Before the LCD panels are shipped, we strictly perform multiple professional tests to ensure that the quality of each panel meets the highest industry standards. The testing process covers the following key steps:

1.Display effect test

Use professional equipment to test resolution, brightness, contrast and color reproduction to ensure clear and delicate images and accurate and natural colors.

2.Functional integrity test

Check the touch function (if applicable), response speed and refresh rate of each panel to ensure no lag and delay to meet the user's smooth use needs.

3.Dead pixel and light leakage detection

Use high-precision equipment to scan pixel by pixel to detect whether there are dead pixels and bright spots, and detect light leakage in a darkroom environment to ensure that the product is flawless.

4.Stability test

Simulate long-term use conditions for aging tests to verify the durability and performance stability of the panel and ensure that the service life meets expectations.

5.Interface and compatibility test

Test the compatibility of the panel with mainstream device interfaces (such as HDMI, VGA, etc.) to ensure plug-and-play and stable connection.

6.Physical resistance test

Check the panel's earthquake resistance and pressure resistance, as well as the pressure test that may be encountered during transportation to ensure safe delivery to customers.

We use rigorous process standards and professional quality inspection procedures to ensure that every LCD panel can bring customers a high-quality display experience. Customer trust is the driving force behind our high standards!
